Updating Staff Role


Managers would not be able to update the roles and designation of staff who have not activated their accounts yet. You will know that a staff has not logged in yet if you see an “Awaiting invite response” status as shown in the photo above.



Managers will be able to update the roles and designation of staff who already activated their accounts. Just simply click the roles dropdown and select the new designation and click save to change it.



Update Staff Role – Email Notification


Every time a Manager updates a designation, both the Manager and Staff (with the new designation) will receive an email notification.
